I can't tell if I'm a really rude person or just honest.
How many times does someone ask you something and you want to say, "Honestly, I don't really like you or not you well enough and I don't feel like taking time out of my crazy life... balancing myself, my family, my work, my house, my lawn, my dogs, my rats, my insane cat, my sanity.... to spend an hour of wasted time with you that will neither change anything in our lives nor make the world a better place.
Is it just me?
Don't get me wrong, there are people I would go out of my way to make happy or make their day a little better. But, then there are people that I randomly, sporatically see and they say, "Hey, we should do this together... movie, coffee, lunch... and I always reply, "Sounds, great!".
Then, I never hear from them until like 3 months later when they say, "Hey, we never went to that movie." I'm like, "I know, we need to do that!".
Then, the repetetive cycle continues and this goes on for years and years and we never go to a movie or whatever.
Why don't I just squash the thought upon first requesting my presence to something that I will not think twice about 5 minutes later. Just say, "Wow, it's nice of you to offer but I don't really like you".
However, I just bite my tongue and pretend the idea is the best thing since sliced bread.
That's all for now
