Wouldn't you like to know...

Brianna is turning 10 on March 12th but she will be on a cruise with her Dad, so I had some professional pictures made before she left by my friends, husband Bill. Here are some of my favorites...  Poor Bri looks mormon in this dress, but it's the only matching outfit we have with her American Girl Doll.  Love her smile on this one She looks so grown up here! This was taken a mile from my house in a field with a nasty swamp. The background came out looking so good! This is in a tree on a trail behind our house. We hosted a baby shower at work in honor of Miss Hadley Hoxworth who is due to arrive March 13. I only made it one day with giving up diet cokes. Oh well, I'll make another goal some other time. Was thinking about something, if there are crackers at work for patients that are diabetic, is it considered stealing if you eat them? You see, I'm not diabetic but sometimes it saves me a dollar to eat a couple of crackers, rather than go to a vending machine. Just a thought. That's all for now @---)---)---

I am not catholic but as a Chrisitan I feel compelled to give up from something for 40 days during the season of lent. This year I toyed with credit cards, but i don't use those anyways. I toyed with giving up make up but I think that would be too painful for my coworkers. So, I went back to the ruthless diet coke. I made it one day, thirty nine more to go. If Jesus can do it. I had to make 48 cupcakes for a baby shower this Friday. I normally make 12 big cupcakes, but instead I made 48 smaller cupcakes. They were covering my counter! Here are some pics... We are going to ice and decorate them Friday so I stuck them in the freezer. I hope they taste as good as they look! That's all for now @----)----)----

I thought this was too cute not to share. Brianna had her friend over this morning because I took off for President's Day (thank you George Washington). So, they decided to make a zoo in my office and invited me to take a tour. Tickets were only 40 dollars per person. I told them they might want to think about offering a discount. :) My favorite was the ground hog in the box. I think that stuffed animal was actually a mole rat. Anyways, they had so much fun together I love to see Brianna's imagination at work! That's all for now @---)---)----
