Galveston!

Here are some pictures from our "vacation" to Galveston, TX. My little brother got his white coat ceremony and now he is starting medical school at UTMB. The campus was really pretty and I've attached a picture of his new house, which is very cute. Funny thing though, I think I saw a laser beam on my Mom's head while she was standing outside his apartment. Nobody thought much of it, but I guess since I've been broken into before, I freaked out. Anyways... Mark with his white coat on that was a little too small! Mark and I after the ceremony. My Uncle Jim, Mark and my Dad Bri at Moody Gardens in Galveston, TX. Family photo that my Mom through a fit to take... go figure. Mark's new house Bri and I on the beach at night. Bri running on the beach Me and Amanda at the beach! That's all for now @---)----)----

Botanic Gardens Trip....

We got to take Blake to the botanic gardens in fort worth and then get icecream at Dairy Queen! Here are some pictures at the gardens... they were so pretty! And, we didn't have to pay to get in so it was super fun! Blake was such a good sport, she walked the whole time. She really loved the water falls. It was so pretty there! I loved this spot! Sniffing the flowers... I love this last picture. Blake loved the bridge and we got to lots of fish! Bri loves spending time with Blake and it's so good for her because she learns how to share "Mommy"! That's all for now @---)---)----

Wedding Pics...

Rob and I attended a wedding for his cousin, Rachel. But, I didn't take any pictures of her because I didn't really know her. Here are some pictures from the wedding. It was really pretty and I loved how the set everything up. The colors were light blue and white. I love this picture. This is Rob's Mom. They look like twins!! This was under the gazebo where his cousin got married! It would have been prettier had it been light outside, but it was still a cool picture! Getting Rob to take a serious picture is not an easy task... so I like this one! I'm not a huge fan of full length photos, but this one is pretty too! Thanks to my friend, Amanda, I picked out a pretty brown dress for the wedding that was only 50 dollars from Belk! It was my first time to be there and I loved the dress. Although, it was a little too big, I couldn't pass up the price! Here is a picture in front of the car the bride and groom were going to drive away in. It was cool, I guess... I don...

Pictures from the Lake!

Here are some pictures of Bri's first visit to the lake! She loved it. She went to camp the next day and when I picked her up, she said, "All I thought about all day was being on the lake!". Haha, I was like, I think about that everyday. Anyways, we had a great time and here are some fun pictures. I actually got her on the tube, after forcing her on there but she actually liked it. Now, if I could only get her to ride a bike! I bought her a new helmet for my motorcycle and told her that she could only ride with me if she learned to ride a bicycle first. She was like, "That's okay, I don't need to ride it." I was like, Say what?!?!, I just dropped a hundred bucks on the safest motorcycle helmet I could find and you don't want to ride?" Hmmmm..... Rob's sister, Taylor, skiing. Rob skiing Rob and I, "Does he know he has sunscreen on his nose?" Rob tubing Bri and Rob's step Mom, Tracy, on the tube. Me trying to untangle the ro...

Counting Crows!!!!!!!!

We went to see counting crows last night!! It was fun and I was so glad that I got to go with Sarah. But, we missed Nick and hopefully he can go the next time!!! Here are some pictures from the concert! That's all for now @---)----)---

Bri is home!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bri and I at Legally Blonde the musical Doing Blake's hair... Blake holding Templeton... Bri and Blake in matching dresses! Blake with Templeton Blake with the rats!-video is sideways... sorry! It is well with my soul...... I didn't realize how much I missed Bri until she came home! I couldn't place it while she was gone, but I lost my "purpose" while she was away. You can only fulfill your life so much with working, working out, cleaning, friends, etc... but when you have the purpose of raising a child... nothing else compares as great. I love being Bri's Mom and I love when she trys to dress like me, or says something like me, or act like me... that makes me a proud mama! She is growing up to be such a good person, caring, loving, hard-working, diligent, social, friendly... etc. I couldn't ask her to be any better. Even though our attitudes clash (because they are very similar), I know that I wouldn't want anyone else to be in charge of raising...
