Update

Update on my cat, Mr. Kennedy, who got neutered and declawed. He is doing much better and getting around the house quicker now.

I think I might looking into buying a new (used car).
I would like to get an exterra nissan frontier truck with the roll bars on top.
I have always liked those and I think this would a good time to buy and make car payments for the next couple of years.
I could give this car to Bri when she turns 16 and then buy myself another car :)

That is the plan.
I will ponder that for awhile.

Anyways, last night Brianna told me something her Dad said about me that was derrogatory that happend about five years ago.
I told Brianna that I do not appreicate hearing gossip and that I did not like it that he was talking about me when I was not around. I asked her if she ever remembered me saying something negative about her Dad. She said no.
Then, I went onto a soap box and explained to her how I disapprove of gossip and that if anyone said anything negative about me then she needed to respond by saying, Please speak to my Mother about this because I do not want to listen to gossip.
So, that hurt her feelings because it made her Dad look bad. So, we didn't talk for about twenty minutes, I made her dinner and got ready for our nightly walk with the dogs.
Then, she apologized to me and we went on our walk.
However, instead of walking, we skipped the whole way (about a half mile) which is much more difficult to do than I thought.
She started whimpering about half way into our skip, told me she was going to die, throw up, couldn't breath.... I kept on skipping.
Needless to say, we made it home (still skipping) and she went to bed happy.
Then, I woke up in the middle of the night to walk to the commode (i love that word) and I think I sprained my foot skipping.... but I sure won't let Bri know that!!!!

Anyways, feeling a little more positive than my last post. I've been trying to keep to myself lately and it seems to be working. Flying under the radar constantly (not a nice place to live, but maybe necessary in this situation.)

I also started Upward basketball and I am coaching Kindergarten boys. (they are so different than girls) I love being around them and I hope we have a fun season ahead of us.

That's all for now

1. I'm wondering what he said.
2. I'm thinking I may not be the best "adivsor" when it comes to this because I have a hard time with him to begin with.
3. Go you, for being able to honestly say you haven't spoken negatively about him to Bri.
4. A new car sounds great, but Dave would say save up for it first ;) I don't want you feeling like you have to work even more than you do now.

I know that Dave would save up for it. I guess that's what I should do because that is the advice I would give to you too :)
Love you friend!!!

27 Weeks Pregnancy Update

27 weeks today. Is this the third trimester or not?!? Some websites say it is, some says 28 is. So, I'm not too sure. Weight Gain:  33.3 lbs total. Only half a pound of away from what I gained with Jamyson and I still have 13 weeks left (waaaahhhh.....) I feel huge. I am huge! It's harder to walk and my feet hurt now, lol. Exercise:  I'm still walking but I cut back last week and only did 14.7 miles. I broke the 200 miles for the year for the "run the year 2017"! However, the more I walk, the more I eat and the more weight I gain (eek)! Cravings/Diet:  I've been craving lemon lime gatorade. Weird right?! It's delicious. I've also been getting reece's blasts from Sonic. They are so good! I threw in a cooke dough blizzard from dairy queen. That was delicious and not helping with my weight gain. Morning Sickness: Still no morning sickness but I'm still taking 2 diclegis every night. Sleep:  Didn't nap as much last week. Just didn...

Our Experience with Covid 19

I'm writing to share our experience with Covid-19. With the reopening of the lockdown, many new cases are flooding the world. My husband is the Regional Sales Manager at Century 21 Judge Fite in Rockwall. He has been in real estate for the past seven years. He is an amazing realtor and even better manager. I am very proud of him and I stand behind him no matter what. Saturday July 5th is started feeling ill after a work out. He had recently joined Legends Fit in Rockwall and started a program where he had to lose 25lbs or 6.9% body fat in 6 weeks and he would get a free membership for the year. After 3 weeks and a very strict diet and workout, he had lost close to 20 lbs and 5.3% body fat. He started running a fever Saturday afternoon and felt very fatigued. No real respiratory symptoms and his pulse ox never dropped below 98 percent. His heart rate was double his resting heart rate. He tested on Monday morning and received word Tuesday around 5:30pm that he was pos...

Ashton's Birth Story-VBAC

I started this last pregnancy journey with the goal of finishing my second VBAC. Here's the story (So that I never forget any of my children's birth, I have documented each one's stories)... Around 4pm on Thursday August 1, 2019, I went into the hospital. I was having irregular contractions, dilated to 2 cm and 50% effaced. I was 39 weeks and 3 days pregnant.  Here is a photo: I am almost 6 feet tall and had gained nearly 50 lbs. Most of which I gained in the first and second trimester. I continued to workout this whole pregnancy in hopes that my body would bounce back quicker. Time will tell. So, my doctor came in around 5:30pm and said he was going to do the foley cervical dilation balloon again since that worked with Elizabeth. So, they inserted the foley balloon which is extremely painful because I have a tilted cervix which apparently hides behind my spine. He tried to do it with a tool and ended up having to do it manually with his hands.  Then, I ...
