Frustrations

A doctor stole my seat at work so I have been displaced to another computer. No big deal, I just update my blog until he is finish with my squatting place I chose this am at 7am.

Anyways, I've had some frustrations in my life currently and it's nothing I can't handle, but sometimes I wonder why I do handle it. When is enough, enough.
I guess the right answer would be never, and God puts things in our lives to make us stronger ( I know that) but when is God trying to tell you to just give up and stop trying anymore.
I try so hard all the time to do the right thing, be the best Mom, be the best friend, the best daughter/sister, nurse, employee, etc., etc.... I always pay my bills on time and everything is normally done without anyone having to lift a finger themselves. For the most part, I am independent except for this one little thing (that is a huge deal to me) but for the innocents sake, I put up with it. Over and over again.
Hopefully, one day, I will be able to rid myself of this frustration. I wish I could just cut it out of my life, but I don't think that's the right thing to do. Maybe more people feel like I do and I don't want to happen to me what happens to many famalies, but at the same time, how can you live like that in the first place.

Well, on a happier note, I started my third round of colon cleansing except this time I only going to go for 15 days instead of thirty.
Also, I ordered a zhu zhu pet. Primarily for my cat to play with but I think Bri and I will have fun too!
We went shopping the other day and we were talking in the car about what I do at work and the difference between nurses and PCAs. I told her what nurses do... meds, dressing changes, assessments... and she said, do you pick out there close for them?
And, I was like, no, they usually just wear hospital gowns.
So, she said, then how to you put them in dresses?
It took me a second to get where she was coming from but then I realized that she thought dressing changes were actually undressing the patients clothes, and picking out new ones for them.
Ha!!!
What else is new.... my poor cat had to be neutered and declawed because he more hyper than my Jack Russel terrier. He can barely walk on his paws right now and he is sleepy most of the time but he is such a little trooper and always meows when I come into the room.
Love him!
Bri loves him too!

So, I guess that's about it.
Exciting news! Rob and I are going to Michigan in February and I decided to buy Bri a ticket to go with us! It will be so fun and I'm looking forward to going on a vacation with her. I have never taken her anywhere alone... aside from a night in a hotel in Kyle, TX about a year ago. I think she will like it and I know I will enjoy being away for a couple of days too!

That's all for now

I'm sorry you are frustrated. I hate that you are in the situation and feel stuck. Though I don't believe "everything happens for a reason" I DO believe God has a plan for us, so be the strong woman I KNOW you are and seek Him for guidance in quiet momemnts and let His will guide you. I'll be here to listen anytime, I love you so much and am so proud of you. You mean more to me than you know.
Love you.
Sarah

PS. It's so funny how little minds work, dsg changes, hahahaaaaa.

27 Weeks Pregnancy Update

27 weeks today. Is this the third trimester or not?!? Some websites say it is, some says 28 is. So, I'm not too sure. Weight Gain:  33.3 lbs total. Only half a pound of away from what I gained with Jamyson and I still have 13 weeks left (waaaahhhh.....) I feel huge. I am huge! It's harder to walk and my feet hurt now, lol. Exercise:  I'm still walking but I cut back last week and only did 14.7 miles. I broke the 200 miles for the year for the "run the year 2017"! However, the more I walk, the more I eat and the more weight I gain (eek)! Cravings/Diet:  I've been craving lemon lime gatorade. Weird right?! It's delicious. I've also been getting reece's blasts from Sonic. They are so good! I threw in a cooke dough blizzard from dairy queen. That was delicious and not helping with my weight gain. Morning Sickness: Still no morning sickness but I'm still taking 2 diclegis every night. Sleep:  Didn't nap as much last week. Just didn...

Our Experience with Covid 19

I'm writing to share our experience with Covid-19. With the reopening of the lockdown, many new cases are flooding the world. My husband is the Regional Sales Manager at Century 21 Judge Fite in Rockwall. He has been in real estate for the past seven years. He is an amazing realtor and even better manager. I am very proud of him and I stand behind him no matter what. Saturday July 5th is started feeling ill after a work out. He had recently joined Legends Fit in Rockwall and started a program where he had to lose 25lbs or 6.9% body fat in 6 weeks and he would get a free membership for the year. After 3 weeks and a very strict diet and workout, he had lost close to 20 lbs and 5.3% body fat. He started running a fever Saturday afternoon and felt very fatigued. No real respiratory symptoms and his pulse ox never dropped below 98 percent. His heart rate was double his resting heart rate. He tested on Monday morning and received word Tuesday around 5:30pm that he was pos...

Ashton's Birth Story-VBAC

I started this last pregnancy journey with the goal of finishing my second VBAC. Here's the story (So that I never forget any of my children's birth, I have documented each one's stories)... Around 4pm on Thursday August 1, 2019, I went into the hospital. I was having irregular contractions, dilated to 2 cm and 50% effaced. I was 39 weeks and 3 days pregnant.  Here is a photo: I am almost 6 feet tall and had gained nearly 50 lbs. Most of which I gained in the first and second trimester. I continued to workout this whole pregnancy in hopes that my body would bounce back quicker. Time will tell. So, my doctor came in around 5:30pm and said he was going to do the foley cervical dilation balloon again since that worked with Elizabeth. So, they inserted the foley balloon which is extremely painful because I have a tilted cervix which apparently hides behind my spine. He tried to do it with a tool and ended up having to do it manually with his hands.  Then, I ...
