And, they just keep coming...

I got some more pictures from Memorial Day that I had to post!

I photoedited this picture and it made our skin look orange. But, it was crazy bright outside anyways.

This is the coolest picture I have ever seen. I am on the right. Look at my face. I was laughing so hard my Abdominal muscles hurt.
Last thing I have to ask about it, Jon and Kate Plus 8.
I loved the book she wrote called Multiple Blessings.
When I read it I really thought, this woman has a good head on her shoulders (it's never good to have a bad head).
Anyways, the stuff that has been circulating around about their affair, etc.... I'm so over it.
I don't even care to watch it anymore. The series premeir hardly had their kids in it at all, which is mostly why I watch it.
That woman has everything she could every possibly want... a beautiful house, health children (8 of them), 2 dogs, no job, probably college paid for for all those kids... down payments, weddings, funerals... come on. And, she has the never to complain that the paparazzi is following her?
If the least of my problems was someone taking pictures of my family, I think I'd be in pretty good shape.
She has no clue how good she has it. They could stop the show now and still be fine. Jon could go back to work and she could raise her kids peacefully. (mostly)
Anyways, I made my second batch of cultured vegetables. These smell alot better than the last batch. I used a food processer to shred the vegetables and I made them with garlic, onions, scallots, cabbage, carrots, basil and some other leaf.
They are on day 3 of fermenting and I had to move them to the garage because my house smelled like an italian restaraunt.
Anyways, they are so much prettier than the last batch. I will post pictures of them so everyone can get the full effect of the beauty that lies within a mason jar full of cultured vegetables.
That's all for now

27 Weeks Pregnancy Update

27 weeks today. Is this the third trimester or not?!? Some websites say it is, some says 28 is. So, I'm not too sure. Weight Gain:  33.3 lbs total. Only half a pound of away from what I gained with Jamyson and I still have 13 weeks left (waaaahhhh.....) I feel huge. I am huge! It's harder to walk and my feet hurt now, lol. Exercise:  I'm still walking but I cut back last week and only did 14.7 miles. I broke the 200 miles for the year for the "run the year 2017"! However, the more I walk, the more I eat and the more weight I gain (eek)! Cravings/Diet:  I've been craving lemon lime gatorade. Weird right?! It's delicious. I've also been getting reece's blasts from Sonic. They are so good! I threw in a cooke dough blizzard from dairy queen. That was delicious and not helping with my weight gain. Morning Sickness: Still no morning sickness but I'm still taking 2 diclegis every night. Sleep:  Didn't nap as much last week. Just didn...

Our Experience with Covid 19

I'm writing to share our experience with Covid-19. With the reopening of the lockdown, many new cases are flooding the world. My husband is the Regional Sales Manager at Century 21 Judge Fite in Rockwall. He has been in real estate for the past seven years. He is an amazing realtor and even better manager. I am very proud of him and I stand behind him no matter what. Saturday July 5th is started feeling ill after a work out. He had recently joined Legends Fit in Rockwall and started a program where he had to lose 25lbs or 6.9% body fat in 6 weeks and he would get a free membership for the year. After 3 weeks and a very strict diet and workout, he had lost close to 20 lbs and 5.3% body fat. He started running a fever Saturday afternoon and felt very fatigued. No real respiratory symptoms and his pulse ox never dropped below 98 percent. His heart rate was double his resting heart rate. He tested on Monday morning and received word Tuesday around 5:30pm that he was pos...

Ashton's Birth Story-VBAC

I started this last pregnancy journey with the goal of finishing my second VBAC. Here's the story (So that I never forget any of my children's birth, I have documented each one's stories)... Around 4pm on Thursday August 1, 2019, I went into the hospital. I was having irregular contractions, dilated to 2 cm and 50% effaced. I was 39 weeks and 3 days pregnant.  Here is a photo: I am almost 6 feet tall and had gained nearly 50 lbs. Most of which I gained in the first and second trimester. I continued to workout this whole pregnancy in hopes that my body would bounce back quicker. Time will tell. So, my doctor came in around 5:30pm and said he was going to do the foley cervical dilation balloon again since that worked with Elizabeth. So, they inserted the foley balloon which is extremely painful because I have a tilted cervix which apparently hides behind my spine. He tried to do it with a tool and ended up having to do it manually with his hands.  Then, I ...
