My brush with death and vitamin excess

Yesterday, I was driving down 35 yesterday, like 2 minutes from being home and I saw this dooley truck with a ladder tied to the back very unsecurely. So, me being the defensive driver that I am (after attending 3 different Denny's defensive driving classes) I slowed down because I had a feeling the ladder was going to fly off the back of the truck and smash into my windshield. About 20 seconds later the dooley cut across the highway and smashed into a little Honda. Then, out of no where, the hubcap from the dooley flew accross the highway right in front of my car windshield. Had I not had slowed down in preperation for the ladder flying off the back of the truck, the hub cap would've shot threw my passenger side window and cut my head off.
Ok, maybe not that severe but I thought it was cool.

Also, I've been taking these new vitamins that are sea weed and algae or something like that that's suppose to be awesome for your body. I set up an autodraft for these 4 quarts to be sent every two months. So, it was coming time for an automatic shipment to be sent and I still had 2.5 quarts left. I called my vitamin supplier and explained to her the situation. She told me that I wasn't taking enough of the vitamins so I should increase my dose.
So, I doubled it every morning which meant I was taking 5 oz.per day or 5 tylenol cupfulls every morning.
I've been having these anxiety attacks the past week or so and I couldn't figure out why. Anyways, I think it's because I've been taking an ungodly amount of vitamins so I'm going to cut back on them.
Last night, I went to get my hair cut (just trimmed an inch) and my heart started pounding like crazy while I was sitting in the chair. Then, the lady put this little white piece of paper around my neck and I was like, "I can't breath!" Lol, she was like, "ok".
That's when I discovered I was having wierd anxiety so hopefully it will be going away soon.
I just have to wait out the excess of vitamins and make sure to recommend people don't take too large an amount of sea weed and algae.
That's all for now @---)----)----

27 Weeks Pregnancy Update

27 weeks today. Is this the third trimester or not?!? Some websites say it is, some says 28 is. So, I'm not too sure. Weight Gain:  33.3 lbs total. Only half a pound of away from what I gained with Jamyson and I still have 13 weeks left (waaaahhhh.....) I feel huge. I am huge! It's harder to walk and my feet hurt now, lol. Exercise:  I'm still walking but I cut back last week and only did 14.7 miles. I broke the 200 miles for the year for the "run the year 2017"! However, the more I walk, the more I eat and the more weight I gain (eek)! Cravings/Diet:  I've been craving lemon lime gatorade. Weird right?! It's delicious. I've also been getting reece's blasts from Sonic. They are so good! I threw in a cooke dough blizzard from dairy queen. That was delicious and not helping with my weight gain. Morning Sickness: Still no morning sickness but I'm still taking 2 diclegis every night. Sleep:  Didn't nap as much last week. Just didn...

Our Experience with Covid 19

I'm writing to share our experience with Covid-19. With the reopening of the lockdown, many new cases are flooding the world. My husband is the Regional Sales Manager at Century 21 Judge Fite in Rockwall. He has been in real estate for the past seven years. He is an amazing realtor and even better manager. I am very proud of him and I stand behind him no matter what. Saturday July 5th is started feeling ill after a work out. He had recently joined Legends Fit in Rockwall and started a program where he had to lose 25lbs or 6.9% body fat in 6 weeks and he would get a free membership for the year. After 3 weeks and a very strict diet and workout, he had lost close to 20 lbs and 5.3% body fat. He started running a fever Saturday afternoon and felt very fatigued. No real respiratory symptoms and his pulse ox never dropped below 98 percent. His heart rate was double his resting heart rate. He tested on Monday morning and received word Tuesday around 5:30pm that he was pos...

Ashton's Birth Story-VBAC

I started this last pregnancy journey with the goal of finishing my second VBAC. Here's the story (So that I never forget any of my children's birth, I have documented each one's stories)... Around 4pm on Thursday August 1, 2019, I went into the hospital. I was having irregular contractions, dilated to 2 cm and 50% effaced. I was 39 weeks and 3 days pregnant.  Here is a photo: I am almost 6 feet tall and had gained nearly 50 lbs. Most of which I gained in the first and second trimester. I continued to workout this whole pregnancy in hopes that my body would bounce back quicker. Time will tell. So, my doctor came in around 5:30pm and said he was going to do the foley cervical dilation balloon again since that worked with Elizabeth. So, they inserted the foley balloon which is extremely painful because I have a tilted cervix which apparently hides behind my spine. He tried to do it with a tool and ended up having to do it manually with his hands.  Then, I ...
