Mad Mondays!

Today is Monday.... I can't believe Christmas is in 3 days... Holy crap!
Anyways, I don't have any new pics to update but Bri lost her 3rd tooth in 1 week (totaling 5)... The tooth fairy is definately feeling the pain. :)
She was so excited.

So, this weekend was so much fun. My parents went to Jamaica, so we were alone!! We were in charge of Bubba, the pomeranian but he wasn't too bad.
They were out of reach for the cell phone so I had no phone calls, texts, voicemails.... ANYTHING!! For 4 days, it was amazing. At first, I felt a little weird, but then, I was like... this is what it's like to cut the umbilical cord! Love it!

Anyways, they returned last night and they had a great time. I suggested next Christmas for them to go for a week, heck why not a month!?! Maybe I need to move away from them :)

Yesterday we went shopping all day, after church... actually this whole weekend turned into a shopping marathon.
Saturday... I ran two miles (yeah!) then Bri had her riding lesson. She road without a lead and learned how to turn the horse. The wholetime her teacher was smoking a cigarette... I was like, impressive, she's a multitasker.
Then, we got to see Blake! But, she didn't feel very well. :(
Then, we went home and Bri took a 3 hour nap. She woke up at 8pm! Then, was ready to go for the night. So, we went to see the movie Bolt. It was really cute. We got home around midnight.

Then, Sunday, after church we went shopping and I got a new wine rack for my china cabinent... it is way cute!! And, Bri got a desk chair for her new desk. It was freezing and the little man that sold it to us waited outside while I drove the car around. He was so sweet.

Then, we met a couple of friends at Benihana's. Bri liked it and they had a Christmas exchange. Bri got 20 dollars! So, of course, we had to go spend it.
So, we went to Grapevine Mills, saw Santa (who looked like he was going to have a heart attack) Then we bought a new blanket from Bed, bath and beyond.
It was very very comfy!
Then, we went home and unwrapped all our new gifts (It was Christmas for me!)

Monday am, I got a new eye cream at the gift exchange yesterday. So, this morning, naturally, I had to try it out.... I plastered it all over my eyes because it prevents wrinkles.... Then, I sat down to eat my oatmeal and drink my coffee. Eyes started watering... no big deal. I just got a kleenex and sat back down...
Next, nose started running... that's funny, I thought it must be allergies...
We went to best buy to buy alvin and the chipmunks because Bri couldn't make it through the day with it! I was in line checking out and I felt like I had a hundred needles sticking in my eye. So, I kept itching them.
I got into the car and my eyes were swelling up!
I was like, okay, I must be allergic to this new eye cream.
So, I wiped it off with a baby wipe.. 5 minutes later, I felt like a new woman!
Good thing I didn't pay for the eye cream :)

That's all for now. I will post new pics whenever I get off my lazy butt and upload them to the computer.

Merry Christmas!

That's all for now @----)----)----

27 Weeks Pregnancy Update

27 weeks today. Is this the third trimester or not?!? Some websites say it is, some says 28 is. So, I'm not too sure. Weight Gain:  33.3 lbs total. Only half a pound of away from what I gained with Jamyson and I still have 13 weeks left (waaaahhhh.....) I feel huge. I am huge! It's harder to walk and my feet hurt now, lol. Exercise:  I'm still walking but I cut back last week and only did 14.7 miles. I broke the 200 miles for the year for the "run the year 2017"! However, the more I walk, the more I eat and the more weight I gain (eek)! Cravings/Diet:  I've been craving lemon lime gatorade. Weird right?! It's delicious. I've also been getting reece's blasts from Sonic. They are so good! I threw in a cooke dough blizzard from dairy queen. That was delicious and not helping with my weight gain. Morning Sickness: Still no morning sickness but I'm still taking 2 diclegis every night. Sleep:  Didn't nap as much last week. Just didn...

Our Experience with Covid 19

I'm writing to share our experience with Covid-19. With the reopening of the lockdown, many new cases are flooding the world. My husband is the Regional Sales Manager at Century 21 Judge Fite in Rockwall. He has been in real estate for the past seven years. He is an amazing realtor and even better manager. I am very proud of him and I stand behind him no matter what. Saturday July 5th is started feeling ill after a work out. He had recently joined Legends Fit in Rockwall and started a program where he had to lose 25lbs or 6.9% body fat in 6 weeks and he would get a free membership for the year. After 3 weeks and a very strict diet and workout, he had lost close to 20 lbs and 5.3% body fat. He started running a fever Saturday afternoon and felt very fatigued. No real respiratory symptoms and his pulse ox never dropped below 98 percent. His heart rate was double his resting heart rate. He tested on Monday morning and received word Tuesday around 5:30pm that he was pos...

Ashton's Birth Story-VBAC

I started this last pregnancy journey with the goal of finishing my second VBAC. Here's the story (So that I never forget any of my children's birth, I have documented each one's stories)... Around 4pm on Thursday August 1, 2019, I went into the hospital. I was having irregular contractions, dilated to 2 cm and 50% effaced. I was 39 weeks and 3 days pregnant.  Here is a photo: I am almost 6 feet tall and had gained nearly 50 lbs. Most of which I gained in the first and second trimester. I continued to workout this whole pregnancy in hopes that my body would bounce back quicker. Time will tell. So, my doctor came in around 5:30pm and said he was going to do the foley cervical dilation balloon again since that worked with Elizabeth. So, they inserted the foley balloon which is extremely painful because I have a tilted cervix which apparently hides behind my spine. He tried to do it with a tool and ended up having to do it manually with his hands.  Then, I ...
