Girls Trip Wrap up

Here is a summary of our trip...

We started out around 1pm and Bri slept for the first hour and a half.
So, I listened to cd's, and enjoyed me quiet time. Then, she woke up in Waco so we stopped at Starbucks and got a carmel cream frappacino and then she HAD to have a reduced fat carmel cake so we split that.
Then, we took off again and drove to Saledo, TX.
We stopped at a B&B and it was apparantley vacant but we found two cute cats. One scratched Bri in the face.

Then, we drove to another B&B and Bri had to go to the bathroom but the chinese lady wouldn't let us use her restroom so I told Bri to just pee outside. So, she wouldn't do it unless I did. So, we found a place that was secluded and I peed on a rock. Then, she pulled her pants all the way off and squated and this truck drove around so I screamed and jumped in front of her and she put her pants back on. Then, she wouldn't pee on the rock.
Here are some pics from that B&B...

After the B&B's we went shopping in Saledo. Bri found a stuffed dog that was so cute and she had to have it but it was 25.00. So, she had 7 dollars in her wallet and she asked me if I pay for the difference. I told her no, so she said she wanted to go home. So, we stormed back to the car and didn't talk for 30 minutes.
We were off to our hotel in Buda, TX. We got there around 6:30p and were starving so we picked up Subway and took it back to our Hampton.
Then, at 8:30p we left for the concert. We took a free shuttle from Lehman Highschool over to the fairgrounds in Kyle, TX.

Bri had so much fun at the concert. She got a guitar pick and a free hat that AW signed.
Here is a picture from the concert...

In the morning we left for San Marcos and started shopping at 10am.

Then, we went to subway for lunch...

Here's a picture of Bri's milk mustache and the hat she got for FREE!

In summary at San Marcos,
I got a new watch band, Christmas/Birthday presents, a new purse, new necklace and earrings from Brighton!!, Bri got some new boots and tennis shoes, and I got a new Bra for 9.99 at Victoria Secret outlet. I also got some pajama pants from Victoria's secret and two new pairs of panties. We had to fish through all the thongs to find some normal underwear. I asked the lady why no one makes regular underwear anymore and she said she didn't know. So, I was only able to find 2 pairs that weren't thongs.
We had such a good time and Bri loves her new boots!
We showed Blaine last night, the new boots, and Grace put her boots on and they had "boot" races around the garden. Then, my neighbor asked why we hadn't been coming to bible study and Bri told her it was because I'd rather swim. Then, I told her I've convereted to athiesm and I was no longer worshipping God. JK. :)

27 Weeks Pregnancy Update

27 weeks today. Is this the third trimester or not?!? Some websites say it is, some says 28 is. So, I'm not too sure. Weight Gain:  33.3 lbs total. Only half a pound of away from what I gained with Jamyson and I still have 13 weeks left (waaaahhhh.....) I feel huge. I am huge! It's harder to walk and my feet hurt now, lol. Exercise:  I'm still walking but I cut back last week and only did 14.7 miles. I broke the 200 miles for the year for the "run the year 2017"! However, the more I walk, the more I eat and the more weight I gain (eek)! Cravings/Diet:  I've been craving lemon lime gatorade. Weird right?! It's delicious. I've also been getting reece's blasts from Sonic. They are so good! I threw in a cooke dough blizzard from dairy queen. That was delicious and not helping with my weight gain. Morning Sickness: Still no morning sickness but I'm still taking 2 diclegis every night. Sleep:  Didn't nap as much last week. Just didn...

Our Experience with Covid 19

I'm writing to share our experience with Covid-19. With the reopening of the lockdown, many new cases are flooding the world. My husband is the Regional Sales Manager at Century 21 Judge Fite in Rockwall. He has been in real estate for the past seven years. He is an amazing realtor and even better manager. I am very proud of him and I stand behind him no matter what. Saturday July 5th is started feeling ill after a work out. He had recently joined Legends Fit in Rockwall and started a program where he had to lose 25lbs or 6.9% body fat in 6 weeks and he would get a free membership for the year. After 3 weeks and a very strict diet and workout, he had lost close to 20 lbs and 5.3% body fat. He started running a fever Saturday afternoon and felt very fatigued. No real respiratory symptoms and his pulse ox never dropped below 98 percent. His heart rate was double his resting heart rate. He tested on Monday morning and received word Tuesday around 5:30pm that he was pos...

Ashton's Birth Story-VBAC

I started this last pregnancy journey with the goal of finishing my second VBAC. Here's the story (So that I never forget any of my children's birth, I have documented each one's stories)... Around 4pm on Thursday August 1, 2019, I went into the hospital. I was having irregular contractions, dilated to 2 cm and 50% effaced. I was 39 weeks and 3 days pregnant.  Here is a photo: I am almost 6 feet tall and had gained nearly 50 lbs. Most of which I gained in the first and second trimester. I continued to workout this whole pregnancy in hopes that my body would bounce back quicker. Time will tell. So, my doctor came in around 5:30pm and said he was going to do the foley cervical dilation balloon again since that worked with Elizabeth. So, they inserted the foley balloon which is extremely painful because I have a tilted cervix which apparently hides behind my spine. He tried to do it with a tool and ended up having to do it manually with his hands.  Then, I ...
